How does the service work?

How long will the proceed take?

This depends on the requirements and needs of the client and average it can take 4-6 weeks to identify and secure a property from a client but there is no set timeline

I can’t give legal advice but I can give several recommendations of solicitors who specialises in conveyancing.

Can you arrange a property survey?

Yes I can recommend building surveyors and engineers to carry out pre purchase surveys

How much do the services cost?

Each purchase is unique, and my fees are set as a fixed rate based on the property type and requirements, not as a percentage of the price. This way, you can be confident that my motivation is always to secure the right property for you, not the most expensive one.
